1. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • You must provide accurate, complete contact and delivery information when placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to verify order details and reject orders due to incorrect information, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • An order is confirmed only after we send a formal order confirmation email with your order number.

2. Delivery Terms

  • We offer worldwide delivery with tracked shipping for all COD orders.
  • Delivery times vary by location and will be specified in your order confirmation.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You must be present at the specified delivery address to accept and inspect the order.

3. Payment Terms (COD Only)

  • We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Credit/debit cards are not accepted upon delivery.
  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery driver immediately after inspecting and accepting the order.
  • No additional fees are charged for the COD service.
  • Failure to pay upon delivery will result in order cancellation, and the product will be returned to us.

4. Product Inspection & Acceptance

  • You have the right to inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery to verify quantity, specifications, and condition.
  • If products are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may refuse delivery and notify our support team immediately.
  • Accepting the delivery and making payment constitutes your confirmation that the product(s) meet your expectations and are in good condition.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories to qualify for a refund.
  • To request a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products; customers bear shipping costs for personal preference returns.

6. Product Information & Warranties

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are for reference and are as accurate as possible.
  • We warrant that products are free from material defects for 90 days from the delivery date.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access to the delivery location.
